The risk homeowners face is the loss of rental income due to the economic situation which makes it hard for the tenants to pay their rent. The other risk is higher rates and taxes as well as extra levies that can escalate at any time making it less profitable to rent out a home, apartment, or office. Our business model is straight forward with no hidden costs and is simplified for everyone. Anyone can buy a (Income producing Solar System)
- (Option 1) R100,000 for a residential/small business (Income producing Solar System) Monthly rental income: R 2,000 per month that gives you a R 24,000 per year giving you a 24% profit per year. There is a yearly increase of 7% per year on your rental income.
- (Option 2) R250,000 for a commercial/Farm (Income producing Solar System) Monthly rental income: R 6,250 per month that gives you a R75,000 per year giving you a 30% profit per year. There is a yearly increase of 7% per year on your rental income.
Comparing this to a property that cost R 750,000 where the owner after deductions gets out R 5,500 per month if they are lucky, roughly 8% profit per year. For the same capital amount of R 750,000 a person could own 3x (Income producing Solar Systems), which could bring in a rental income of R 18,750 per month, with much less risk in comparison with the rental property that only offer R 5,500 per month with a much higher risk.

The client that will be renting the Solar System will pay a two-month rental deposit so in case of payment failure we can shut the Solar System off remotely and if necessary, remove the system and reinstall at another client, so in conclusion there is almost zero risk.
How it works
Any person older than 16 years of age can buy a (Income producing Solar System) from EBCSA based on option 1 or option 2. The person will receive a formal invoice and after payment, EBCSA will enter a rental contract with the purchaser for a minimum period of 15 Years. If the owner wants to sell the (Income producing Solar System) they must just give EBCSA six months’ notice. So EBCSA act as the agent like an estate agent. We sell you the system plus we manage it on your behalf; you get the monthly rental income just like it would work with a property.
